Refund & Return Policy

Because each piece of jewelry is handcrafted in small batches, I’m not able to accept returns for change of mind or general wear. However, I truly want you to love your pieces, so if there is any issue with the quality or if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will happily make it right.

Eligible Returns / Exchanges:
I am happy to offer a replacement or repair if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was shipped
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

Not Eligible for Return:
To maintain hygiene standards and due to the handmade nature of each piece, I cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Sale items
- Any item that shows signs of wear or use

Repairs:
If something breaks under normal use within 30 days, I offer free repairs.
After 30 days, repairs may still be available for a small fee depending on the piece.
