Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship pieces: 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order or custom pieces: 3–5 business days (I’ll email you if I need more time)
Shipping Methods & Rates
- USPS First Class or Priority Mail (tracked) within the U.S.
- Optional shipping upgrades are available at checkout for faster delivery
- I currently ship within the U.S. (Please message me for Canada or international—happy to help arrange a quote.)
Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside my control. Delays due to USPS/UPS, weather, or peak season aren’t refundable.
Address Issues
- Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, I’m happy to reship—additional postage will apply.
Lost or Marked “Delivered”
- If a package is shown as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors and your local post office. I’ll assist however I can, but replacements/refunds aren’t guaranteed for carrier‑confirmed deliveries.
- If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, contact me and I’ll help file a claim and make it right where possible.
Gifts & Notes
- Sending a gift? I can include a handwritten note—just add your message at checkout.
Sustainability
- I package thoughtfully and securely, using protective mailers and minimal waste materials.
